Do you need a massage to soothe achy muscles, or simply wanting to relax? Our high level of training in this field ensures that Earthly Birth Pregnancy Massage treatments safely & effectively aim to ease many common (and some not so common!) pregnancy ailments. These include painful trigger point,anxiety and muscular aches/pains/cramps, disturbed sleep and more.

We aim to promote connection and bonding between you and your baby/babies, prepare you for birth with various techniques, and allow space for your birth hormones to be uninterrupted, and work their magic.

​Pregnancy massage is suitable during all trimesters at Earthly Birth.

A treatment specifically designed to enhance your body's natural desire to prepare for childbirth, our tailored due date treatments include the use of essential oils (prepared by qualified Clinical Aromatherapist, Rebecca Brook), acupressure and deep relaxation/breathing techniques. Other adjunct therapies may be used if indicated.

Rebecca Brook is also an Independant Childbirth Educator and as such can provide insight into various stages of birth and postpartum should you have pressing questions.

WHAT IS ACUPRESSURE GOOD FOR?
Studies show Acupressure not only helps pregnant women to prepare for labor, but it also a very efficient tool during childbirth for pain relief, helping baby descend and also with stimulating lactation/let down once baby arrives. Acupressure is an ideal option for mums who enjoy having an effective body treatment with or without oil.

It is best used as a form of birth preparation from 37wks.
