Cancellation Policy and Terms & Conditions
TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR ALL EARTHLY BIRTH WORKSHOPS, EVENTS AND CLASSES
- Tickets are non transferrable to a different name or event
- Your workshop e-ticket must be presented upon entry to the event via www.stickytickets.com.au
- All ticket purchasers are liable for cancellation fees in the unlikely event that you cannot attend
- Cancellations requests are required in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org
- $20 cancellation fees apply more than 7 days prior to events/workshops
- No refunds given for cancellations within 7 days prior to events/workshops
- Failure to attend an event/workshop without notice forfeits your ticket. No refunds will be given
- You MAY change your ticket to another event ONLY at the discretion of Earthly Birth and this change must be made
with at least 7 business days notice. After such time to changes to event dates/schedules/locations will not be
- In the event that you or your baby are unwell and unable to attend, a medical certificate may be required. You will be offered a space in the next available workshop/course.
TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR ALL SERVICES INCLUDING GIFT VOUCHERS
- Please arrive promptly for your massage booking. If you are late, this will cut into your allocated treatment time and the full cost will be charged. Your session will still finish at the allocated time so please give yourself enough time!
- Full payment upon completion of the treatment/service is required
- Earthly Birth requires 24hrs notice to cancel or amend your booking. We reserve the right to charge a $50 late cancellation fee
- Gift vouchers must be redeemed before the expiry. Please book WELL IN ADVANCE to avoid disappointment. Extensions will not be authorised under any circumstances
- Gift vouchers are not transferrable/not redeemable for cash/not refundable
- Vouchers must be presented to be redeemed. No voucher - full payment is required
